What motivate people to do better that will give good quality on their services? I remember some statement on book of history of management thought, I forgot which chapter, but one indicate that one can not control human behavior, only be able to direct them. Human act by feeling, not by reasoning ( I should try to find this statement on the book).
If Feeling give influence to motivation better than Knowing the reason, maybe we should change Knowledge-based with “Feel-ledge”-based economy? If we can give people the right feeling that an action is better for them, such as effective and efficient is better toward building competitive advantage of the nation, than it may actually lead the behavior of the people to do better.
